Application for a review or application for a review of a decision outside the appeal procedure before a public authority, if the latter is

1. natural person

2. a legal person or a natural person authorised to do business

Note
The fee paid under this heading shall be refunded if the retrial is granted or if the application for review of the decision outside the appeal procedure is granted in full.

(a) Issue of a specimen copy, extract from registers, files or official documents referred to in this Part of the Tariff, for each page, even for each page commenced

(b) Application to take a professional examination or an aptitude test to practise as a patent attorney

The making of an application in proceedings under this Part of the Tariff for

(a) continuation of the proceedings

(b) restoration to the previous state

(c) the second and any subsequent extension of the time limit

(d) the issue of a certificate of priority, for each certificate

(a) Filing of a simple design application

1. the originator or co-originators

2. applicants other than the originator or applicants who are not identical to the co-authors

(b) Filing of a collective design application

1. the originator or co-originators

2. applicants other than the originator or applicants who are not identical to the co-authors

3. for each additional design in the multiple application filed by the originator or co-inventors

4. for each additional design in a multiple application filed by an applicant other than the originator or by applicants who are not identical with the co-inventors

(c) Submission of an application for

1. deferment of publication of the design

2. registration of the transfer or assignment of rights from the design application to another applicant or the transfer or assignment of a registered design to another owner

3. the registration of another originator, applicant or holder in the Register or the removal of an originator, applicant or holder from the Register

4. the registration of the licensing agreement or the registration of its termination in the Register of Designs for each design application or registered design

5. registration of the lien in the register or its deletion from the register, for each design application or registered design

6. the registration of the litigation or the registration of its termination in the Register of Designs, for each design application or registered design

7. registration of the execution or registration of its termination in the register, for each design application or registered design

Liberation
Applications pursuant to Act No 92/1991 Coll., as amended, shall be exempt from the fee referred to in point (b) of the second paragraph of this item.

Submission of an application for erasure

1. of a registered design from the Register of Designs

2. for each additional design contained in the registered design

Extension of the validity of a design registration

1. for the first time in five years

2. for the second time in five years

3. for the third time in five years

4. for the fourth time in five years

Remark:
If a design is registered in the Register of Designs after the expiry of its validity period, the renewal fee shall be payable, without application by the owner of the registered design, within two months of the issuance of the certificate on the basis of a written request

Power of attorney
The administrative authority shall increase the fee under this item to twice the fee if the application for renewal of the registered design has not been filed in the last year of validity of the registered design.
