The Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the Office") is interested in ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration and the relevant implementing regulations within the scope of the conditions under Directive (EU) 2016/2012.

Non-compliance with Directive (EU) 2016/2012 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies:

Text documents are provided using graphics, as scanned PDFs, these are documents delivered to the Authority by conventional mail (Public Decrees, Contracts). The Authority does not create or annotate these documents and does not have a source of relevant texts in electronic form, therefore it publishes the information in the only available form as scanned texts. /Success criterion 1.1.1 Non-textual content/. Some links are not accompanied by information on the file format. This declaration has been prepared on 1.6.2022. The evaluation of the compliance of the website with the requirements of Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technology in Public Administration and the relevant implementing regulations within the scope of the conditions under Directive (EU) 2016/2012 has been carried out by self-assessment. The declaration was last checked on 12.8.2022.
