List of classified information of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic
Pursuant to Section 2 of Slovak Government Regulation No. 216/2004 Coll., establishing areas of classified information (hereinafter referred to as the "Government Regulation") and pursuant to Section 8(2)(a) and Section 2(a) of Act No. 215/2004 Coll. on the Protection of Classified Information and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), the following list of classified information of the Office of the Industrial Property of Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "IPO SK") has been issued, effective as of July 14th, 2017.
