Brief description of the project

The objective of the project is to modify the Electronic Services Portal of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, which includes:

  • Implementation of requirements resulting from the currently applicable legislation,Implementation of the unified design manual of electronic services of the Slovak Republic,
  • Optimization of end services and electronic forms for the long-term sustainability of their provision to citizens and entrepreneurs, i.e. reduction of the number of electronic forms from 327 to 45, while maintaining the coverage of the original agenda,
  • optimisation and reduction of the number of manually filled in data in the electronic forms by citizens and entrepreneurs, due to their automatic filling in from the reference registers,
  • the register kept by the Office for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of the Slovak Republic and from the registered identity,
  • simplification of the process of signing and sending electronic forms for citizens and entrepreneurs, which will be carried out directly in the electronic form,
  • implementation of responsive design, in order to work with electronic forms also via tablets or mobile phones,
  • implementation of the possibility to view the form in English,
  • Implementation of OpenAPI,
  • Implementation of automation of data processing from forms.



The project will also create:

  • Statistics module, which will provide the creation of named statistics, among others, e.g. regular and automated evaluation of the use of electronic services of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic,
  • a tool for creation of own statistics on data from the Fabasoft system, part of which will be a data warehouse module with predefined outputs/reports in the user interface.
